SUMMARY:Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Fall 2025
DESCRIPTION:Master Black Belts play a critical role in deployment of a successful Lean Six Sigma Program. We are excited to offer this course both in-person and online this spring. The course helps develop three of the competencies every MBB needs: \n\n\n\n\nThe ability to instruct others in LSS tools\, methods and concepts\n\n\n\nThe ability to coach other Belts to help them achieve better results faster\n\n\n\nThe ability to provide deeper understanding of technical concepts and tools\n\n\n\n\nThis is a very rigorous class that solidifies technical ability and classroom mechanics for successful instruction and coaching of candidate Black Belts and Green Belts. Participants will: \n\n\n\n\nDevelop in-depth understanding of LSS tools and methods through extensive technical case studies\, ‘deep dives\,’ and hands-on exercises\n\n\n\nDevelop knowledge of how to deliver classroom training\n\n\n\nBecome more confident as an instructor through practice in a safe environment\n\n\n\nLearn methods for coaching GBs/BBs to help them complete projects faster\n\n\n\n\nCertification as a Master Black Belt is typically a combination of technical training combined with demonstrated application such as instructing / mentoring belts and leading major projects. \n\n\n\nInstructor approval is required prior to registration for this course. Please contact us at (817) 307-0400 or russ.aikman@tmac.org for additional details.  \n\n\n\nPrice: $10\,125\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nRegister
