The Situation

Building with magnifying glass

Pro Pac aimed to optimize energy use across its Texas facilities and understand energy costs for its packaging lines. This was essential for refining customer pricing and reducing electrical usage for sustainability improvements. TMAC provided Pro Pac an E3 Onsite assessment at their largest Grand Prairie facility, funded by a Region 6 Pollution Prevention Grant.

The Solution

The E3 assessment included a facility-wide tour to identify energy savings and environmental impact reductions. TMAC discovered Pro Pac was eligible for a manufacturing utility sales tax exemption and helped conduct an energy study to request a $27,000 refund.
