Manufacturing Day 2026: Exhibitors & Sponsors

Thank you for your consideration in being an Exhibitor and Sponsor!

EXHIBITORS:

Exhibitors, bring something interactive, demonstrative, or tactile that students and adult attendees can engage with.

• Make a part students can hold in their hands?

• Can you bring a piece of the equipment you use?

• Create a game about how a product moves from sales to shipped?

• Show them where your parts are used? A map, a plane, a hospital, or packing for their favorite snack?

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE FROM US:

• Access to an estimated 1,000 local high school students mostly in CTE or STEM programs interested in learning more about career opportunities in manufacturing
• Access to local high school teachers and administrators to talk with them about what you need for floor-ready Modern Makers
• An 8 ft table with 2 chairs (we will assign table locations)
• Electricity for your table
• Included in our event guide which will be sent to students in advance of the day for them to review. Will include your company logo, a bit about you (pulled from your website), and a QR code linked directly to your website.
• Lunch! Register all your booth attendees so we can have an accurate count for lunch.

MOVE IN: Move in will be from 8 – 9:00 AM on Friday, October 2nd. We open at 10 AM for attendees.

OPTIONAL DONATION: Booths are free, but if you want to help offset the cost of this event, you can make a $200 donation during the registration process.
