TMAC’s Lean Six Sigma Program provides a systematic approach to dramatically improve cost, quality, and delivery. The course combines the strengths of today’s two most powerful business initiatives, Lean and Six Sigma, into one integrated program.
The DMAIC process provides the overarching structure for project management, helping ensure solutions are sustainable. Students learn through a combination of lecture, student project presentations, exercises, case studies, and simulations. Experienced instructors emphasize practical application of tools and provide coaching on student projects.

REGISTER HERELean Six Sigma Green Belt is a 2 week class (1 week every month for 2 consecutive months).
Weekly Class Times (Subject to change at instructor’s discretion)
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – Noon (or until weekly exam is complete)
**Includes a mid-day break for students to enjoy a catered lunch daily
Requirements:
• Laptop computer with SigmaXL software
Software is included in the price of registration & access codes will be distributed one week before class
• Students strongly encouraged to have a project within their company
Pre-Requisites:
- Basic understanding of statistics, such as averages, variation, percentages, and simple charts.
- Familiarity with Excel or similar data-analysis tools is recommended.
- Practical work experience in a business, manufacturing, engineering, quality, operations, or service environment is beneficial.
